Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. For vending machines (heavy/freight items), processing may take 2–3 days for quality inspection & packaging. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with FedEx Freight, UPS, XPO Logistics, and regional carriers. Small parts/accessories ship via USPS/UPS Ground. Full-sized vending machines ship via LTL freight (curbside delivery). White‑glove inside delivery is available at checkout for an extra fee.
Delivery Estimates
- Small parts / accessories: 3–7 business days
- Vending machines (LTL freight): 5–12 business days depending on destination
- Smart machines / special order: 7–14 business days
- Expedited shipping: available upon request (additional charge)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. For large vending machines, we offer discounted freight rates. Free shipping is available on accessories orders over $99. All shipping fees are transparent – no hidden charges.
Freight & Large Machine Delivery: Vending machines are heavy and shipped via LTL freight carrier. A scheduled appointment is required for delivery. Please provide a phone number and valid address (no PO boxes). The driver will deliver to the curbside or loading dock unless you purchased inside delivery. You must inspect the machine upon arrival for any visible damage – note damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.
Damaged or Missing Items: If your shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@allvendingmachine.com. Keep all original packaging and take photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our warranty policy.
Remote / Rural Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may incur additional carrier surcharges. We will notify you before processing if extra fees apply. You may choose to cancel for a full refund in that case.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico with additional freight charges). We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are expanding. For military APO/FPO addresses, please contact us for a custom quote.
Cancellations & Address Changes
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement with no fee. After processing, cancellation fees may apply. Address changes must be requested within 6 hours of purchase. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages – redirect fees are passed to the customer.
Signature Requirement
All vending machine deliveries require an adult signature. You are responsible for being present during the scheduled delivery window. Missed delivery appointments may result in re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
